APH PKMN Sprite- Belarus

This is a little collab between me and fuafua. I did the dress, knife, hair, flag, the transparent bg and the repositioning of her arm (it was originaly behind her back), and she did the detailed stuff like the bow in her hair, her hair tails, the cuffs on her sleeves, the frills on her dress, the legs and shoes. She also touched up a few things too like giving Belarus her original hair color. (when I did her hair it was the color from the anime.) Now onto Belarus' Pokemon. They are:

- Mawile
